Invitation to a closed emergency briefing with +972: What next for Gaza?

Dear *|FNAME|*,

After Israel has broken the ceasefire and launched extensive airstrikes in Gaza, killing more than 400 people on the first night of resumed attacks, Palestinians in Gaza are once again fighting to survive and fleeing their makeshift homes under fire.

Meanwhile, Israel’s escalation of violence is also endangering the hostages still held in Gaza. Mass protests have erupted in Israel calling to prioritize the return of the hostages over the war. There have been new discussions and instances of refusal to fight in Netanyahu’’s war, as he brings back the far-right minister Ben Gvir into the cabinet, at a crucial stage of his trial. At the same time, Israeli society is additionally torn about the resumption – with force – of the judicial overhaul and the push for authoritarian rule internally.

As Always, +972 has its finger on the pulse, and brings breaking- news, footage, and analysis from the ground. Our reporters from Gaza continue to write under fire, while our staff in Israel report from the hostages’ families desperate pleas to save their loved ones and Israelis take to the streets and call to choose life over death.

At this volatile moment, we are offering you, as a loyal friend of +972, the opportunity to hear first hand from our leading experts in a small and closed forum, giving you direct access to analysis, commentary and on the ground reporting.

Featuring:

Mohammed R. Mhawish, journalist and writer from Gaza, contributor to +972 Magazine.

Meron Rapoport, senior editor and writer, Local Call.

Moderated by: Dana Mills, Resource Development Manager, +972.

The briefing will take place on Monday, 31 March 2025, at 8 pm Jerusalem, 6 pm GMT, 1 pm ET, 10 am PT. This is an exclusive closed briefing, strictly by invitation only. If you wish to invite others, please let us know. Click here to register and receive the link to zoom.

We at +972 continue to work together, in our binational team, bringing you reporting and insights from the ground, speaking truth to power, while kindling the hope for a renewed ceasefire and a future of equality and peace between the river and the sea.

I hope to see you there,
